What are your shipping times?

• Standard Packed in 1-3 business days, shipped by AusPost in 3-6 business days to Metro Areas
• Express Packed overnight, shipped by AusPost in 1-2 business days to Metro Areas

Do you accept returns?

Products from our general store may be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in original packaging. Returns can be requested through your customer account. 

Custom items are final sale and may not be returned. Some sale products may also be listed as final sale from time to time.

Where are you located? Do you do Click & Collect?

We are a Melbourne-based business and currently do not facilitate Click & Collect delivery.

Are your products 3D printed?

Yes, Jason designs them in a 3D modelling program and they are printed. We test to ensure quality and durability. We currently do not sell the print files.
